Are You All One in Christ Jesus?
The first and second Timothy and Titus, those three letters are often lumped together and called the pastorals. They were written later, like some of the last texts to be written of the New Testament. So they were written as kind of the second generation of Christians was coming up and coming. One of the main problems for this second wave of the church essentially is that a lot of people are talking badly about the Christian movement because of women who are not adhering to social norms anymore.
