What We What We Don't Find Is a Liquid Asset Source of Collateral
The conventional wisdom in many western capitals is that bejing has this play book ensnaring and subordinating foreign governments. And i think what this contract shows is that, ah, the commential wisdom is simply wrong. The airport itself is not identified as a source of collateral. So idea that chinese state on lenders prefer to collateralize on physical, illiquid assets that can be seized in the event of default, it's just a myth, right?
