confidence is your belief that you can do something, well, if you've already done it in the past, then your belief thatyou can do it again should be pretty high. Stop shooting on yourself. I think everyone is entitled to feel the way that they feel, but to also understand that if I'm feeling a certain way, it doesn't mean that I have to kind of helplessly sit back in my seat and accept it. And one way to do that is by spending meaningful time recalling past successes.
