Preventing Pandemics With Vitamins

I remember a time when, you know, the playgrounds were roped off and the kids were inside all day. And just thinking the best thing for them right now would be the sunshine. That affects your immune system and helps you fight things like this. This frustrating that em simple, simple things like am, exercise, which people were not ex they were staying inside. I think that our kids have paid a very high price. i'm hoping that through education and through nutrition and lots of sunshine exercise, hopefully they can their kids are resilient.
