Praliev's a Liberal, a Conservative

Praliev decided from day one that he was going to run a sort of angry every man populist campaign. He didn't certainly play up social conservatism, certainly not like Lesley Lewis did. Chire is just an old school red Tory, but it looks increasingly more like a liberal than a conservative in part because party has shifted over time.
