Introduction

WCAI is a local public radio station in the town of Falmouth on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. WCAI's mission is to be as local as possible as a radio station. Steve Juncker was thinking about how we can bring the world to us in a very kind of local way. He decided to co-produce something with a radio station in another country. What would they make? He had no idea. So he wrote to a bunch of stations and got a positive response from Source FM. Only get this, Steve hadn't written to that station. And where is Source FM located? Falmouth, England.
