H and H - The Heat Moisture Exchanger
Patients who have trache are already prone to dryer secretions and adding glycopyrillate on top of it's just fire on fire. Hydration is important so that it does help to thin secretions. We can do the humidity with the trache collars. And the other thing that's very low tech, but very effective is the HME, the heat moisture exchanger.
