Is OmniFocus a Good Workflow for GTD?

Manual is the lowest common denominator for me that I keep coming back to, which is super annoying because it's so inefficient. But what it's forced me to do is even like when I'm checking email, I look at the email and it's like, what's the one thing I need to do on this? And then I hand write a task onto the top of a note card. That process really is unlocked a lot for me just in regards to staying somewhat mindful and focused on what it is in front of. Daniel: What's always horrible is if you are forced to do these switches.
