The Dal That Dals Is Not the Eternal Dal

The word dal not only literally means like road or way, it also means speak. It is so condensed just to give you kind of a feel for is six in the received Wang B edition. So fei, chang dao and chang can mean frequent, the eternal. And this one has constant. But like a frequency, like a natural rhythm, you might say. I've never seen it translated, but you could almost translate it as a normal way.
