The Importance of Being Around Other People

I think when you're starting out, it's nice to be surrounded by a lot of stuff that is similar to what you want to be doing. So I found as soon as I had a friend who was doing the same thing as me, the learning got like pretty exponential because we were able to like bounce ideas off one another. And then obviously if you want to play shows, it'sNice to be somewhere where shows actually happen.
