The Importance of Ketogenic Diets for Mental Health

There are people who can dramatically and tremendously improve their health with a ketogenic diet. I don't believe every human being on the planet needs the ketogenic diet or should try it. Some people will do just fine by eating a healthier diet that is not necessarily ketogenic. And then there are people in between who might do really well to cycle through it or use it for a year or two and then try to transition off, a couple of times a month or whatever.
