The Political Incentives Are Warped, Right?

I'm more optimistic that that will create a political impact than, than Richard is. I think it's going to be massive in part because we have laboratories of democracy and we also have other nation states to compare ourselves to. If Texas like goes whole hog on the stuff, you know, they could have, they could build all this data pass you that, and then Californians will, will continue to move there.
