Ashley: I think you guys did a great job at launch. And then there were some people who were frustrated when the redemption piece came around and it's helpful to get that context. The idea was like the 11 55 would change phases every time you forge it to claim one of these things, right? We kind of realized like as we were getting towards the things just like Ashley, the redeemer was part is like kind of the beginning of a much longer journey. So each item had its own chain and you know, you've got to try and figure out like how to get the right amount of information where people don't feel like they have to dox themselves in this way.
