In a country that's so politically divided, what does a show like secame street represent in terms of either exasperaing that divide or bridging it? I think it can be used by people who want to further the divide, right? We certainly see and politicians take moments from sesame street and tweed about them. A, al children don't need this kind of access at such a early age. They're simply not ready for it. And really we're taking away our children, whose innocence we'retaking away.
