Breath Work - Is That Too Loud?
Breathe in and out of your mouth. You're going to breathe once into your belly, once into your heart, and then youre going to exhal is belly, heart, exhale. If you're feeling any type of anxiousness coming up, if you're feeling really light heated, you can just say out loud, it's safe for me to breathe. Just keep on breathing. Every breath isaand you can just imagine everything opening upo imagine your heart opening make sure your legs are uncrossed. Give yourself permission to let go of your mind and start to connect your body.
