How Do You Read the Bible?

i didn't want to come with a methodology that as going to lead me to conclusions that were going to hurt me or others. Im an, and i realize like reading the bible is hard for different people for different reasons. There are casualties when we fail to address these things. And the casualties may not always be physically dead bodies, right? But it can be a faith that's on life support. It was more of a fear of my own inability to comprehend the truth in a way that would be healthy and healing.
