A South African doctor came up with these and they are like the female condom, but it's also like a Chinese finger trap. Only a doctor can remove this basically giant female condom that's now attached to your penis. The reason she came up with this was because rape in South Africa is out of control. Some survey from 2009 found that one in four South African men admit to raping a woman.
