How Do You Select the Ideal Over Time?

i think it would be interesting to see. if we'v had any of those athletes that have found success at the elit level, at the elite level that also started track really young and dominated everybody from that point on. And what i see oftentimes with american sprinters, especially the ones that i work with. Those types seem to rely more on their very force driven, tightly wound, that common in football. The athletes find more long term success in track and field are those kind of taller, longer, corner backs who tend to rely on a little less conventional hand position.
