We're waiting to see if there will be an emergency intervention from the bank of england after sterling overnight or early mornin, hit a brand new low. Overnight, i was watching it as the markets opened in asia. The british government hoped that after the week end, the markets would go off the boy a little bit and calm down. Instead, sterling and the dollar reached almost parisee. They got down to about one o three, totally unprecedented. It's recovered a little bit this morning, but only because the markets are now expecting the bank ofengland to step in with at some point egh watering rate heights back up to five or six %
