The Pros and Cons of Building a Complementary Business Model

The Arc platform wouldn't exist if the consumer residential product hadn't been built out in the first place and established all those relationships. Energy and technology are coming together in a way that they haven't historically been that close. I'm so excited that people are coming to climate it's the thing we need to solve. We're going to have a learning experience of this whole new sector having to learn energy and how it behaves, what it needs and how you're actually solving the problems. The second point is I do think you need to be humble with energy because it doesn't behave like other markets.
