The Security Council's Decision to Use Force

i was able to interview people at the security council who were present in the room that led up to the authorization of the use of force into libya. One person told me that they regretted this decision after the fact, and they realized after the fact that they were a part of being responsible, unintendedly, but responsible, for lives lost. Any time the united nations authorizes the use of Force under our u.N. Chapter en authority, it's a big deal. And people round the world pay attention to that moment. So i tell this story to pull out the, what i call the human aspects of a really big, important decision in international law.
