Derina, is it better for me to play one game and get really good at it, or should i be chopping and changing to maybe tax the brain in different ways? Variety is better. We always suggest learning new skills, new hobbies, not doing just the same old hobby you had for years. I think stronger and more lasting memories are always form when a person is relaxed. Then the brain is also happy in forms and fires norons ind sink with certain brain waves. So that's definitely abot san.
