Is It a Pro or a Con?

I think I'm naturally more aligned with stoicism than other philosophies. It's interesting to see that because in my own marriage, I've had some of the same conversations. Maybe it's just a thing about being a guy like a guy's just don't maybe express emotions as much. But yes, I can see how you said it's definitely a pro and a con. Neither of us are necessarily people who are prone to showing the extremes of our emotions.
