The Problem With Property Taxes
Property taxes are actually, you know, generally agreed upon by economists as the best taxes. With income taxes that withheld, you don't see it as a behavioral kind of econ problem where because you have to write a check out a pocket,. It's more painful. We're seeing in many, many urban areas, the starter homes are getting priced out of people who need starter homes.
