The Evolution of the Brain
There's been a increasing interest over the last 10 to 15 years in using tools from machine vision and from machine learning to find objective ways of understanding animals' behavior. In the mouse, it turns out that we were able to discover a kind of hint that is organized by thinking. And one of the exciting things is that we've been recently able to combine this kind of description with neural recording which can come up with very powerful results.
