Introduction
Rhonda Winneger: Sleep is very important because it can make such a difference in your physical as well as your mental health. A typical normal sleep latency time or time to go to sleep is 10 to 20 minutes. Some people will have no difficulty going to sleep, but they'll have multiple awakenings throughout the night. That can contribute to sleep quality that also weighs into insomnia.
