Double inhale through the nose followed by a long exhale will immediately bring you back down to a very calm base line. You can do it most any time, unless you're completely submerged in water. It's actually a tool that some people use to calm themselves before sleep. The other way to get a drenelin going in your system is to breathe as if you were really in a panic attack. Get into a cold shower once a day for one to three minutes. And it will liberate the dopomine and adrenelin into your system - making you more resilient for stress that comes.
