How to Navigate Conflict in the Workplace

I'm conscious that a lot of our listeners are not in politics. They're in offices or working half days from home dealing with conflict. When it's just there's someone in the team who just doesn't like you, how do you navigate that? I find this is one of the toughest ones for anyone to manage in the workplace. You can't ignore it. You have to actually address it. Look for the common ground where you can.
