i think there are some redeeming qualities that we can find in vegetables. i'm not convinced about the edence o showing that a vegetarian diet is actually healthier than a diet that includes some small amount of meat. There's growing evidence that the amount of corbohydrate in your diet is really one of the major determinant for longevity. And no need to exclude number two, decrease or decrease carbohydrate and incorporate it into every day lifestyle.
