Our wine making is very spare and restrained. We use zero new oak. Zero extended maceration. We never stir the leas. We just get sound fruit, and we try to treat it well. There's an appreciation when you grow something yourself that i think changeis the wine making game. And by the way, we make all our wines exactly the same way. We don't do anything different.
