Is the Labour Party Presenting a Viable Alternative to the Tories?

Isabel says the party is not presenting a viable alternative to any of the problems kate raises in a rascal. Is it just a case of, whatever the tories are spending on the eni chesits is just not enough? I mean, i think there the sort of rejoinder that labor and a lot of people in the word make es. Look, it's all very well talking about different systems, but why don't we fund the system that we have at the moment properly? And crucially, the two things that are holding it back and making it much more costly  are the work force issue, which ive already talked about, and social care.
