Why Does Burnout Happen in Early Childhood Education?
I feel like this is a tricky one of why does burnout happen in early childhood education? I think there are so many factors. You know, for me personally, I felt super burned out. It was really hard to ever take time off because we constantly needed all the staff there. We didn't have enough staff to make it easy for someone to take time off. And you know, it was clear that it was a hassle when you took time off.
