The History of the Pantheon

The Pantheon is the largest unreinforced concrete structure in the world. It was built by Marcus Agrippa around 25 BC, but burned down 30 years later during a major fire. The current building has been credited to Emperor Hadrian, but it's now believed that construction actually started under Trajan. This would make sense as Apologorus of Damascus was probably the architect who designed the dome. No other buildings like this have been found and no references were ever made about such a building.
