Is There a Bias in Machine Learning?
I'm always amazed at how well these things tend to generalize in directions that kind of make sense, right? And i cand of feel as though this is where a lot of the open questions exist. It is like, where are these boundaries around generalization, right? I think it really needs to be done in tandem with people who understand how this model is going to be used and how it's going to impact people. Yere bias is very real. Think data scientists and machine learning engineers, like, theyve vetaly mapped something from the real world into something which is inherently datus eccentric.
