How to Reduce an in-Assception

The three main ways to radiologically reduce an in-assception are number one fluoroscopy guided hydrostatic enema, number two fluoroscopic guided pneumatic enema and number three an ultrasound guided hydrostaticEnema. All of these have very low risk of perforation. Using ultrasound instead of fluoroscopy does prevent use of radiation so that is a benefit to using ultrasound guidance. In general just anesthesia alone can help reduce the intense inception if these radiologic enemas don't succeed. Finally let's take away our intersusception case. The patient should be observed for at least several hours after surgery before they're discharged from P.O.R’S
