The Potential Downsides of AI

L&D will have to deal with changes that come with the AI, you must have a few fears about potential downsides and that. But I'm never afraid of it, to be honest, because the potential, I'm pretty much an optimist and the opportunity is there. So something like chat GPT, if you can get AI to write content for you, which then frees you up to have better consultative conversations,. why wouldn't an L&D want to do that? Because actually the value is I'm providing content to you that you really, really need.
