ACE2-Independent Entry Into the H-H7s
In the experiment, we saw just the costa-2 virus infecting. So it tells us that ACE2 is very much the receptor for these. Do we have any idea about costa-1? Right. We even did an experiment where we tried to add protease and that the HK cells with the ACE2, and we don't see the costa virus getting in. It's not ACE2 anyway, right? The costa- 2 definitely does,. And I think that gets us into Rich's figure 2. Because when you guys first presented the preprint, he said, oh, well, you know,it would be really interesting to see what the structure would look
