In the intellect, what does it intellect, what has it done? It has to tackle each layer of that impurity. One of the practices to remove the desires in the mind is moral life and karma yoga. Can't karma yoga go along with immoral life? No, it cannot. You would say why not? Because person is unethical, we do wrong things deliberately only because we cannot help it.
