Is It DBE, BDE, DBE?

DBE stands for dry battery electrode. A lot of people confuse the cathode plant that Tesla's building down in Texas with DBE. The anode and the cathode have both been called "dry batteries" If you can confirm if they do, please send it to jordan@cnn.com.
