In the global south there is a neo liberal obsession with land. It's about commoning of land, and thenof the democratic negotiation of ow that land. And it dingers communities as o prefiguration of the s truction of the amazon. Because it was exactly those practices of commoning, of communalizing land and of nature which stood in the way of a siecopacious project.
