Building Trust in the Meeting Process
No structure will get you around low trust, right? No, I mean, nothing's going to fix that. Unless you just say, well, all we're going to do is work on trust, build trust, mine for conflict until you've fired three, three out of the six people. And one person that isn't working on the team is the team. If you have one person that can't hear negative feedback, like the can't receive critical feedback about themselves, then nobody else on the team will air it.
