The Role of Channel Integration in Sears

I believe Sears was the first retailer to pass $100 million in online sales, which was probably about 1998. Amazon Zoom passed us pretty quickly and Walmart, I think got to a similar level. It's just interesting why it's taken so long for people to wake up to it.
