Expanding Your B2B Business in a New Market
I think that a majority of international expansion is premature specifically in marketing. We actually have found that our best performing AEs and the right profile is someone that's worked in our customer success department before. Some people that really understand what our customers are like can talk to executive leaders about what we actually do for companies. So it's kind of like a hybrid AE solutions consultant role and it's been working really well for us.
