Is There an Implied Consent?

i addressed it in the progressivism, which you and i had a chat on. The issue really becomes, well, there is an implied contract. We just have to explain why people have been yo. Don't bamboozle later on. I think we could say that the mistake of the constitution, at least something like the first amendment has such cultural purchase, let's say, on te American public's mind,. That i think it's not because, you know, thereis any enforcement of the constitution going on. Because nobody enforces the constitute except the government itself. And why would they do that?
