How to Make Sharp Pointed Winged Tip Liner

If you want a soft vintage kind of Italian movie star in the 50s or 60s look, you want a classic old school coal liner that will smudge and soften. So it's about using a liner and then using Q-tips to really like pull away everything, pull everything back so that you get the finest, tightest line. The symmetry is perfect with using an angled sponge on each side. And if you've got a good eyeliner, especially one that sets, I actually use eyeliners on the back of my hand and then use a fine brush to apply them. It was all about this sinewy, pulled, tight, very delicate placement of liner that was cleaned
