The Unlived Life

Carl Jung says nothing has a stronger influence psychologically on their environment and especially on their children than the unlived life of the parents. Unlived life could mean always wanted to be a musician or, you know, hike the Appalachian but it also means the unl lived life is what we haven't honestly acknowledged and held with kindness. When we don't face and open to what's inside us, it ripples out to touch those that we're close to.
