Do's and Don'ts of Upselling a Product

I've seen people pushing for cross sell and upsell on a product that doesn't make sense. I think also if you have a very big product assortment being really thoughtful about what you're upselling to people matters again. It's like eat how much can you upsell, right? Yeah, or put all the timing of it. Don't hit me after two days hit me after a month. Start thinking about gifting and start thinking about like not every product has to be like beds, bikes, cross net volleyballs.
