The Rise of the Charter School Movement in the Early 90s
There is a broad language of neoliberal kind of stuff still in there only on the right. They also want, they also want the brown and the black people to just shut up. It's quite frustrating. So again, this is I find this so fascinating. And I've learned almost everything I know about this from you. You can see how charters are vulnerable for precisely the civil rights rollback that we've talked about repeatedly today. A case is hurtling towards the Supreme Court as we speak. This is an effort by conservatives to make the case that charter schools are quote unquote non state actors.
