How to Break Down Silos in UX

UX was really frustrated about the fact that it was often a silo you know an optional thing that could just be be tacked on to the design process. All of the different silos want to be included as early as possible in the process. So interesting to think back to our original tagline and vision we had breaking down silos. I'm so excited now actually to get feedback and see how people react and letting you know and also how people react.
