Failure to Thrive: A Case Study

Minnie is an eight week old female who presented to clinic at cash like children's for a well child visit. Her mom reports that she had trouble latching in the newborn nursery at home. At home, she switched to formula around one week of life. She then started to spit up regularly at home. And we have some growth chart percentiles for us. The head circumference is 45th percentile, length is 30th percentile and her weight is less than 5th percentile.
